Amazing customer service by Maxine and Dave. They took the time to show me around allowing me to pick and get my storage space the day I met them. I am extremely impressed with everything. The buildings are extremely clean and well secured. I feel totally safe and comfortable leaving my things in the storage container. Quick and easy rental process. I was signed up within 15 minutes and the man on the phone was incredibly helpful with finding a unit that suited my needs. Getting the access card, a lock/key and a tour was a delightful experience and the woman in the office (Maxine) was incredibly welcoming.

I rented a storage unit here for four weeks and had an excellent experience throughout. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access, and the pricing was very reasonable, definitely good value for money.
Everything worked exactly as expected, which made the whole process stress free. staff were polite and professional.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location.

My 81 year old mother was run over by a truck in July leaving her with a traumatic brain injury and several broken bones. We anticipate that she will be in hospital until at least March of 2026. I am also a military member who travels extensively for my job. To say the last few months have been stressful is an understatement.
I needed to move my mother from Bracebridge Ontario to Kingston Ontario so that I could look after her. What this meant is, I needed a storage location to put her things to wait for her to go from the hospital to the Retirement home. Initially, I called the 1 800 number and was told that they didn’t have anything at this facility. Within 20 minutes, I got a call from Maxine who said there would be something coming open as long as I could wait a few weeks. I said I would follow up in a couple of weeks but I got a call from Maxine a few weeks later extremely excited that she had a space for me. She did all of the paperwork and got everything sorted for me and I barely had to lift a finger except for to pay for the unit and by lock. Even on the day when the moving happened and I wasn’t 100% sure everything was gonna fit in the locker. Maxine did everything she could find me a new space to make sure all of my needs were met.
Access storage is clean and spacious, but what sets it apart from everywhere else is the incredible staff. Thank you, Maxine for making a difficult time. Very very easy..
