Excellent service overall. Easy billing. Well kept lockers and property especially during the winter. Was assisted when my lock was having issues and was fixed immediately. Friendly staff and great communication from the whole team. Cannot say enough good things about my experience as a first time storage unit user.

When my mother passed away I needed to put some stuff into storage to stage her house to sell. I contacted several places and ended up at ABC Storage. It was super convenient for me being from north of the city. They are super friendly and made it so easy to get the paperwork filled out and they even had a lock I could buy there so I didn’t have to go get one elsewhere. Facility is very clean and easy to navigate in and out. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future, and I’m tempted to store a bike for the summer because it’s conveniently located close to the trail.

Seems as though I always chose the worst weather days to go to my unit, but the owners were always so helpful (even when the gate got stuck in the freezing rain). The units were clean and access to the site was easy. Would rent from them again.

The process of getting a unit was quick and simple enough and the units were nice and clean. There was truly no negative to any part of it so I can do nothing but give this a 5 star experience.
